Archiving:

Ø Not sure what to archive - Attain Technologies will assist you to determine what data is destined for off-site storage. This can be some or all of your data.

Ø Large amount of data and not enough bandwidth – No problem. Attain will provide media to accomplish the first backup. This is important because the first backup is usually large and can take hours to complete. The first archive could use all your available bandwidth and normally would interfere with your business productivity.

Ø Have a Backup Solution already installed- The archiving service integrates with most current backup and recovery software. We can even upgrade your solution to support remote services.

Ø Ensure data is transmitted securely - Data transmissions are kept secure in the ATAS storage system.

Ø Archive does not affect daytime operations - Data sent to ATAS is scheduled for non-business hours.

Restoring:

Ø Restoring individual files is accomplished on-line using your current backup and restore processes.

Ø For larger restorations Attain Technologies will deliver your files and transfer to the appropriate systems, cutting days off recovery time and restoring business productivity.
